KENOSHA, WI — An Oak Creek man pleaded not guilty to a felony substantial battery-intend bodily harm charge in Kenosha County Court on Tuesday, according to online Wisconsin court records. A criminal complaint was filed against James W. Maile, 48, of 400 West Swan Cercle in December 2021, online court records show. In the criminal complaint filed against Maile, which was obtained by Kenosha News, a woman told police that Maile shoved another man to the ground in a fight, but she didn't see who struck first.
