Come celebrate the beginning of 2021 with our Outdoor Reiki Sound Bath! Come gather in community as we fall into meditation together! Start your new year right with our Fresh Start Outdoor Reiki Sound Bath at Good Moodra Yoga's Outdoor Yoga Studio. Our sound baths are so much more than just a relaxation experience. As the frequencies and vibrations permeate through our bodies and harmonize with our soul, our own energetic balance becomes equalized. Sound has a unique healing element to it as each musical note relates to a certain energy center within and surrounding our bodies. Our own bodies are similar to those of instruments in the sense that as time progresses, we can become “out of tune”, so to speak and in need to a re-calibration. As we sink into the meditation, our bodies’s energy centers are washed over by healing sounds, clearing the subconscious of energetic and emotional blockages, while nourishing each individual cell inside. Our sound bath will include our favorite Reiki Practitioner, Marizol Ortiz, who will be giving Reiki healing to all participants during the sound ceremony. As a shaman, Marizol utilizes her gifts in healing by channeling energy through crystals and Reiki. Marizol has been practicing and teaching meditation and yoga since 2010 and became licensed as a Reiki practitioner, now Master, in 2016. Through the years of working with the spiritual realm Marizol also found sound healing using crystal angelic bowls as another modality for self healing and shares the beautiful spiritual lifting sounds to large and small group events. The combination of yoga, mediation, crystals, Reiki and sound healing has provided an easy loving unique way of creating a life of love and earthly balance. Sharing that love energy and healing modalities with others is now Marizol’s passion. Our events include a variety of different Orange County based local vendors who will be showcasing their line of products, gifts, and offerings to our community! Included are Fusion Wellness Co and You Are Magick! Chanel Brennan is the owner of Fusion Wellness Co, who will be providing their wellness products as an offering to our attendees. Cindy will be featuring her gender-neutral collection of handmade + Reiki-charged crystal bracelets and offering intuitive oracle card readings. Kyle discovered the world of sound healing in 2015 through his practice of kundalini yoga, connecting deeply with the sound of the gong and the impact it has on the physical body and the subconscious mind. Now, Kyle facilitates a variety of sound healing related events for local communities, guiding participants in a musical meditative journey to experience the medicinal benefits of sound therapy.
