Re Homing 7 month old Boykin mix

We are unfortunately looking to re home our 7 month old Boykin Spaniel mix puppy. (DOB 6/18/21). Her parents are purebred Springer Spaniel and purebred Boykin Spaniel. She is very sweet and has never been aggressive toward people or other dogs. She has always been around a lot of kids and loves to be with people. She is up to date on all vaccines and will come with all of her supplies including her kennel. She is not house broken as she has been an outdoor dog. She is our first dog and my husband is allergic which is why we cannot keep her. I think she would benefit from having another dog as a companion. We are asking for a $400 rehoming fee.
