Description

The World of Possibilities Carnival is for people with special needs and their families. The Florida Prep Air Force JROTC unit is partnering with the M.O.R.G.A.N. Project to bring the 2nd annual World of Possibilities Carnival to our friends with special abilities and their families. There will be games, balloon animals, temporary tattoos, cotton candy, a quiet zone, a childrens' parade, dancing, music and lots of smiles. We will be at the band shell. You will see our flags and balloon archway.
