Seeking a part time maintenance position to take care of a well maintained apartment complex in Bigfork. Prefer maintenance background and knowledge of repairing basic household maintenance. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to grounds upkeep, completing work orders inside units, completing unit turns upon moveout (repairs as needed, painting, light cleaning), snow removal, etc. Experience with plumbing and electric a plus but not required.
