Press release from the Montgomery County Department of Police: January 5, 2022 UPDATE : January 5, 2022 - Elmer Guzman-Osorio has been located safe and unharmed.   ____________________________________________________________________________ Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing juvenile male. Elmer Guzman-Osorio, age 11, was last seen today, January 5, at approximately 10 a.m., walking in the 300 block of University Boulevard East. Guzman-Osorio is 4-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. He black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt with a yellow design, black jeans, white and black Puma sneakers and a black winter coat. He is carrying a navy-blue backpack. Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
