BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Baltimore County Public Schools, including the Virtual Learning Program, will start two hours late Friday due to additional snow forecast to fall. Morning prekindergarten classes are canceled for Friday and all school administrative offices and central offices will open on a two-hour delay.
