Luxury Custom Home Builder based out of Bellevue is looking for a hardworking, reliable and motivated Construction Laborer that can work outside in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate must have their own vehicle so they can drive to our different jobsites. Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation: $25/hr to start with 90 day review and possible raise
Benefits: 100% company paid medical, dental & vision, 401K and PTO.
Qualifications and skills:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
Must have steel toe boots and appropriate rain/snow gear
Must have own method of transportation and clean driving record
Must be able to start work at 7am Mon-Fri
Responsibilities:
Remove debris and trash at construction sites
Load and unload building materials
Ensure all equipment is in operating condition before use
Digging, leveling and grading of soil as needed
Direct / Flag traffic at or near construction sites
Perform daily site maintenance tasks to ensure a clean jobsite
