Press release from the West Chester Borough: January 4, 2022 Effective January 1, 2022, there will be a $35 charge for each Bulk Trash Pickup item.  Items to be charged for include mattresses, box springs and any other larger item normally picked up during Bulk Trash week. Residents are asked to go to the Public Works office at 205 Lacey Street to fill out a Bulk Trash Pickup Request form and pay for the items to be picked up. Date of pickup will be provided at the time the request is submitted and paid. Public Works employees are still not permitted onto your property, so you will need to have the item(s) curbside on the specified day of pickup.
