Description

Fourth graders at Troy Hofer Elementary School recently wrote out what they were thankful for on colorful paper squares, then "quilted" them together with yarn to form quilts of gratitude. Each class made its own quilt, which were displayed in the hallways. Teacher Jennifer Komosa said the students listed such tangible and intangible things as video games; being back to school in person; their loved ones and good health; their faith and their teachers; the air and earth; technology; and Legos. Troy Hofer is a Troy Community School District 30-C school.
