On Xmas Eve near downtown Seattle Target, my 6 month Chihuahua rat terrier puppy slipped out of her leash and collar and ran off. She's white with black spots and has brown on her face. Her name is Panda and she's super affectionate and she also barks constantly. REWARD offered. Please help bring Panda home!!!
