OSWEGO, IL — Here are the arrests reported by Oswego police from Dec. 27 through Jan. 4. December 27 Everett Oxendine, 25, who police listed as homeless, was arrested at the Walmart Supercenter on Route 34. He was charged with felony retail theft and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Police said $175 worth of items were stolen. January 3 A 17-year-old, of Exter Lane in Oswego, was arrested near the intersection of Orchard Road and Tuscany Trail. He was charged with speeding 26-35 mph over the limit and failing to carry or display a license/permit. Francis D. Szot, 21, of the 1200 block of Santa Fe Road in Romeoville, was arrested near the intersection of Route 30 and Fifth Street. He was charged with aggravated speeding. January 4 Michael Solano, 27, of East Washington Street in Oswego, was arrested at his home address. He was charged with domestic battery, bodily harm; domestic battery, insulting/provoking contact; and criminal damage to property. Jenrry N. Lopez, 22, of the 1100 block of Summit Avenue in Aurora, was arrested near the intersection of Route 30 and Fifth Street and charged with aggravated speeding.
