Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 01/05/2022 4:44 AM 01/04/22 2022-0024, No Valid Driver's License: On 01/04/22 at 7:45 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 30 and Briarcliff Road, Oswego Township. The driver of the vehicle, Guy J. Williams, a 48-year-old male from the 2900 block of Stirling Court in Montgomery, was found to be driving without a valid driver's license. Williams was cited and released on a personal recognizance. 2022-0024, No Valid Driver's License: 2022-0026, ID Theft: On 01/04/22 at 9:59 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of Fernwood Road, Oswego Township for a report of ID theft. The investigation is ongoing. 2022-0031, Traffic Crash with Injuries: On 01/04/22 at 7:07 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the area of River Road and Blackhawk Road, Little Rock Township for a single vehicle crash with injuries. The driver of the vehicle, Anthony K. Mannino, a 38-year-old male from Montgomery was transported to Rush Copley Hospital in Aurora by Bristol Kendall Medics with non-life threatening injuries. The passenger, Kelly A. Osterloh, a 34-year-old female from Oswego was transported to Rush Copley Hospital in Aurora by Bristol Kendall Medics with non-life threatening injuries. 2022-0032, Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle: On 01/04/22 at 7:07 p.m., deputies were dispatched to area of River Road and Blackhawk Road, Little Rock Township for a single vehicle crash with injuries. Anthony K. Mannino, a 38-year-old male from the 0 to 100 block of Pueblo, Montgomery was found to be in possession of cannabis in an unapproved container. Mannino was cited and released. 2022-0033, Domestic Battery: On 01/04/22 at 8:23 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 6000 block of North Woods Court, Fox Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing. 2022-0035/0036, No Valid Driver's License/In-State Warrants: On 01/04/22 at 10:13 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Route 25, Oswego Township. The driver of the vehicle, Dacota R. Montana, a 21 year old male from the 100 block of Sherman Avenue, Montgomery was cited for no valid driver's license. In addition, Montana, had active warrants out of Kendall County for FTA Retail Theft, Kane County for No Valid Driver's License, and Dupage County for FTA No Valid Driver's License. Montana was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail. The bond for the Kendall County warrant was $10,000 x 10%, the bond for the Kane County warrant was $3,000 x 10%, and the bond for the Dupage County warrant was $2,500 x 10% 2022-0037, Aggravated Battery: On 01/05/22 at 2:05 a.m., deputies responded to the area of Route 47 and Caton Farm Road, Kendall Township to investigate an aggravated battery.
