Press release from the City of Concord: January 5, 2022 The library will remain open during this project, but the physical Children's Room will be closed to the public. Digital content will continue to be accessible 24/7 and the Heights Branch Library is now open three days per week.  While the physical space is unavailable in the Children's Room, we will provide a selection of children's materials on the first floor, maintaining a browsing component. We will continue to make the newest titles available as they are processed. The majority of children's items will need to be boxed up until after the project is over.    We will continue to conduct programming in other areas of the library as well as online.
