Description

Hello, I just purchased a 1800sq mobile home (2005) it has been unoccupied for 6 months. The interior is in rough shape with water damaged flooring in 2 bathrooms and around kitchen sink. What I need is a person to go under the mobile in a full tyvak suit I will provide with a flashlight or other light and do a complete inspection and take photos of every sq foot of the underside of this mobile so that I can make a "composite photo" that shows where all water and drain pipes lead to and also AC/ heating ducts and pipes. Inspect for water damage on floors and inspect HVAC pipes to amke sure a Raccoon hasnt made lunch of my AC duct pipes and that they are tight. I need to know whats solid and whats "soft" to replace where necessary. On a positive note the skirting around the mobile is "tight" so it is unlikely you will encounter kritters or their carcass. Being newer it is up high so it should be fairly "Clean" under (not like older mobiles or houses) it is up on dry ground (sand) and not near any standing water (lack of insects or crittery). The water is on and all systems are "tight" (no leaking water). This cold time of year is perfect as any insects are dormant or very few (never seen an insect here..will provide you with a broom and spider spray..dont think you will need it as I have never seen an insect or spider web on this mobile. Ok I will be your wingman and back you up while you are under and give you my camera and any equipment or backup that you request. Should take you under 2 hours (?)..how does $100 sound? I am in the renovation business and have experience with such properties..this is not a "hell" older property..its newer. clean and dry on good draining sand. I would do it myself and may still but at my age would rather "spot" you. Quick days pay for short work
