Description
This morning at about 10:40 I was parked as far off the road as possible trying to help an elderly couple who had just been involved in an accident. After I checked with them and spoke with the officer, I was walking back to my car to proceed to work (as a teacher).
You lost control of your car and side-swiped my parked car on the side of the road. I watched you do it. It was loud. And then you pulled off to the side of Foothills. I turned around to get the responding officer.
In that 30 seconds that I was walking South, you decided to LEAVE THE SCENE. I was shocked. If you want to live with that guilt, I wish you the best. If you want to own up and be responsible, please contact me so that your insurance can cover my damages.
