I Need Childcare In My Kingsport Home

I will be accepting a work-from-home job soon and it looks like I will need childcare M-F from 2-5:45pm *In my home* while I work in my office in the basement. You will never work later than 5:45pm (when my husband gets home from work), but the start time could possibly be sooner than 2pm (I'm not sure yet), but for 2-5:45pm, a typical day would look like this: Upon getting to my house at 2pm, my 4 year old and 2 year old will be napping. They wake up around 2:30pm, sometimes 3pm. When they wake up, give them snacks, play with them, diaper change my 2 year old if needed. Set them up in the playroom (2 year old in high chair) when you leave to pickup my 7 year old from school at 3:25pm (this will take 10 min total to get him; the school is 3 min away). He has school M-Th, no school on Fridays. When you get back home with my son, start him on his homework and give him a snack while you play with and watch the other two. He's usually done with all his homework by 4:30pm. They have a whole playroom and huge fenced back yard to play with you until my husband gets home at 5:45pm.
