Seeking a hardworking and energetic individual to fill a groundskeeping position at an apartment complex. Candidate will be responsible for the cleanliness of the grounds at all times. Candidate will also assist maintenance technicians as needed and accept deliveries. This is a great position for someone starting out in maintenance with plenty of room to grow. Candidate will spend most of their day working outdoors and should be able to lift heavy items.
