REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Minimum Qualifications: Experience with power tools and carpentry, fluent English, clean background check and driver’s license, smartphone, reliable transportation, able to lift and carry 60 lbs., comfortable with heights and working on ladders. Window installation experience is not required, but enthusiasm to learn new skills is. Primary responsibility is to install custom window coverings for residential and commercial customers in the Shoals, Southern Middle Tennessee and surrounding areas.  Installation of horizontal and vertical blinds, shades, shutters, drapes and automated window coverings  Problem solve tricky installation situations / on location window covering modifications  Efficiently and neatly prep, install and clean-up at least 5 window coverings an hour  Work with designers to pre-call prep for each installation  Call clients to confirm installation appointments / manage installation schedule  Photograph newly installed window coverings  At the end of every install, ask on-line reviews and canvass neighbors Repair window coverings that are broken either by shipping, usage or abuse  Perform Client Service Calls to repair and or replace malfunctioning product  Ship and track damaged/defective products back to vendors Canvass neighbors and building sights representing Budget Blinds  At the end of every install canvass 10 neighbors to the left and 10 neighbors to the right and 10 neighbors across. This does not have to be door to door.  Qualified leads will generate a per referral bonus  Yard Sign placements and retrievals Presentation: You are representing the nation’s largest window covering business and creating a lasting impression with our hard-earned clients. Professional and friendly demeanor and presentation is critical. Budget Blinds provided attire is expected to be worn on every client installation.
