Missing Black brown Tiger stripe / tabby cat

We lost our 10 year old male cat on December 23rd. We live off 299 near Country air pet resort on Kern Drive. He is long hair, largish in size, Black Brown stripped with a white chest. No collar as he ditches them but he is chipped. He is very scared of strangers so wouldn't come if called (his name is little man). He loves Tuna. He doesn't usually stray far from home. Offering reward for info leading to finding him.
