An Atlanta law firm is looking for an expeirenced IT Help Desk Tech for a contract opportunity. This person will support the firm's IT team and provide hands-on, end-user support via diagnostics and repair the PCs, laptops and printers and will also provide setup and support for the Cisco/Tandberg video conferencing system.
The ideal candidate must have two plus years of hardware and software support experience in a fast-paced, networked environment with a strong, multi-tasking, customer service focus and excellent communication skills. A+ Certification and Associate degree are preferred.
