Two job openings for a Maintenance Technician and gardening position Responsibilities: • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion • Estimate time and extent of repairs • Perform routine preventive maintenance • Maintain material and supply inventory • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Qualifications: • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload • Deadline and detail-oriented Maintenance requests include but are not limited repairing dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, air conditioning, plumbing, smoke detectors and garage doors. Must also have knowledge in general construction, specifically, drywall repair and painting, varnishing cabinets, polishing floors. Wages will be based off experience.
