Santa Fe E-Bike Guide Positions Heritage Inspirations is New Mexico’s Premier Travel Company. We take our guests off the beaten path, beyond ordinary tourist routes, and transcend boundaries and curiosities through our ethically curated, intimate, and immersive New Mexico excursions. Heritage Inspirations is looking for a professional and knowledgeable E-Bike Tour Guide to join our established travel company in Santa Fe. Guide responsibilities include guiding our daily tours by e-bike while ensuring high-level, memorable, educational and safe experiences for each and every tour. Your robust knowledge and expertise of Santa Fe and the surrounding area are essential to providing our guests with authentic and enriching experiences on our tours. HI provides our guides with training and resources to ensure your success as a guide. In the Field-Guiding: Our busy season runs March through October, however year-round work is available. Guides can expect 2 - 5+ tours per week, with additional hourly work in our bike shop Opportunities to advance to other guided positions Tours based out of the Inn and Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe Hourly rate of $15-18 DOE, plus tips Flexible schedule Full time and part time available Qualities of a Guide: Integrity and Authenticity are at the very heart of what we do at Heritage Inspirations. We encourage and uplift one another while working together in the field. Passionate about Guest Experiences and sharing your knowledge and expertise while on every tour. Great communication skills, both with guests and fellow guides. Comfort with public speaking and educational storytelling while on tour. Professional presence in every arena of our guest experience. Organizational skills to host seamless trip logistics. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Calendars, Google Drive and general computer skills. Timeliness in communication with your team and guests. Appearance is polished, professional, and clean. Come Prepared – Guides have their own backpack with First Aid Kit, tour essentials, sanitizer, electrolytes, land permits, extra water, snacks, tissues, etc. We will help train on best ways to come prepared for your guests on tour.
