Seeking skilled laborer / handyman to help landlord with several make ready projects. Need help with general make ready tasks, such as: • Painting • Drywall repairs • Minor electrical • Minor plumbing • Miscellaneous other tasks that come up Need someone who: 1. A fast worker 2. A self-starter 3. Good with painting 4. Has your own transportation 5. Has a valid driver’s license (no state ID, must be a driver’s license) Have approximately 3 weeks of work.
