I have 11 studios that will be available March 1st. Rooms range in size from 120 sq ft to 600 sq ft, rent is $2.25/ft/month. Month to month lease agreement and no extra charges for anything. The building has 12 ft ceilings, all rooms are on the first floor, gated parking lot, alarm system, camera system, every room is secured with finger print locks, heat and A/C, and wifi. The building hours are 9-10:30 weekdays and 9-12 weekends. I'm available to show rooms every day so come take a look. Rooms are for work space or office space, not for living in.
