Property Maintenance and Remodel Company in Seattle looking to hire full-time employees for apartment maintenance and unit remodels/turn-overs. We have buildings all over Seattle so you must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Our ideal candidate will be ready to work 40 hours a week and be used to rapid change of work.
Positions available:
Groundskeeper / Laborer
maintain exterior of buildings including landscaping/junk and trash removal, purchases and deliveries, and demo and remodel prep/assistance
(Starts at $25/hour + incentives)
Requirements
- Must have basic tools and a valid driver's license
- Good customer service and communications skills
- Desire for career advancement a plus!
- on call at least once every 2-3 months for emergencies
