Looking for a Full Time Long-Term Nanny for Newborn Girl

Two working professionals looking for a nanny who will stay with us long term, has knowledge and experience cooking organic and healthy foods, and can help two new parents find their footing. Must be able to accommodate a flexible/changing schedule (sometimes early mornings and late nights, parent schedule depending). Duties: Light housework (housekeeper comes once a week - looking for someone who can keep things tidy) Light cooking (mostly baby’s food, but occasionally put something in the oven for the whole family) Adhere to a sleep schedule - we will be doing sleep training in the next six (6) months Punctuality Attention to detail and good at following instructions Must be flexible with the schedule - both parents work freelance and have varied schedules and work out of town at times Must have own transportation Must be willing to accompany mom to work certain days Feed and walk our dog Run the occasional errand for baby-related needs Open to traveling with the family Possible overnights Respectful and clear communication Maintain family’s privacy/show discretion Experience/Background: Three (3) years experience Background in early education a plus "Non-violent parenting” (this is a book/method that we have really enjoyed learning about - would love someone with knowledge of this method or someone who would be open to learning about it too) Experience and knowledge of child nutritional needs/healthy foods a must Must love dogs - there will be times you will be at our home and the only one who can feed/walk our dog Spanish or French speaking a plus Non-smoker a must No perfume in the house (thank you for understanding!)
