Odd jobs around house - Training provided as needed

I'm a busy homeowner who has too many projects to complete on his own. I need someone who can work on their own or with myself as needed to finish up a few things. All tools, supplies and PPE provided as needed. Here are the types of things I might need help with. No experience required if you are willing to learn easy tasks -Interior/Exterior painting -Outside light clean up, weeding, landscaping -Attic debris cleanup -Moving and organizing items (nothing heavy) -Crawling under house to help with cleanup or passing tools (going in and out is annoying for 1 tool) Requirements for those who apply -18 years old -Job might require the following, lifting, bending, crouching, going up and down stairs, ladders, lifting up to 30 lbs, going under the house, going in the attic -Be able to transport yourself to job site (car, uber, public transport, etc.) -Be willing to learn new tasks -Positive attitude -State or government issued ID (for security reasons) $10/hr - subject to increase upon demonstration of increasing competence Please note I am NOT looking for contractors or professional handypersons. None of the tasks I need assistance with are complex and as such my pay rate reflects the nature of the work being labor.
