Job Summary: Maintenance is responsible for the performing and supervision of building and property maintenance for the facility. Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for all the maintenance of buildings and grounds Determines material, equipment and supplies to be sued and transfer equipment and personnel from one project to another All areas under repair or maintenance shall be left clean and free of debris at the end of each workday Maintain all equipment and keep a detailed log of dates and maintenance that was performed Lawn care, including sprinkler service and maintenance Responsible for snow removal. Ice and snow must be treated and ready for clients to move safely about the property. Includes walkways, ramps and common areas Assist with seasonal decorating and ensure grounds are clean for application Responsible for successful preparation of annual inspections (i.e.: fire alarms, fire department, building department) Work is performed in a hospital/rehabilitation setting where privacy is the utmost importance Employee shall not share client information on anything within their job performance with anyone outside of the organization. Violation of this policy will result in immediate dismissal All other duties as assigned Experience: 2+ years of Property Maintenance experience Required Qualifications/Licensure & Certifications: Valid Driver's License
