Description

We are looking for an experienced, detailed and prompt finish carpenter/project manager for Lincoln and surrounding areas. Can be by the project or full-time contract position. Residential houses and apartments is the primary area of work. Must be able to do the following and have extensive experience: Installing interior and exterior prehung or slab doors. Install trim, casing, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities. Install various door knobs, locksets, deadbolts, cabinet knobs, door stops, hardware of any kind for residential houses. Remove and replace outlets, switches, light fixtures, ceiling fans, exhaust fans. Remove and replace kitchen and bathroom faucets, garbage disposal, dishwashers. Manage drywall contractors, painting contractors, plumbers, electricians, roofing and siding contractors to ensure project is completed on schedule and on budget. Drug free workplace.
