Handyman/ runner needed

Description

I need a runner/ handyman who can help with properties I am managing in Providence, Pawtucket, and Cranston, etc. This may include checking in on properties and reporting back on the condition, adding smoke detectors, discarding left items, replacing doors, etc. If I need a plumber, electrician, or locksmith because the work is technical beyond your area of expertise, that's fine- I just may need you to take picture of the problems. This is not a full time, or even part time job- it is someone I need on occasion- a few hours a week.
