electrical service needed for songle family home

Hello everyone, I have an unfinished electrical project over in South Kansas City where I need the meter can, service cable, weather head, and panel entrance. The old meter is hanging off the side of the house and I believe we can get away from pulling permit for just replacing the meter can. I’m just trying to get electrical services turned back on, and the last electrician we hired sent us an apprentice to do the work and they screwed up the service cable by not covering it in conduit. Our inspection failed and we still don’t have power. The house has open walls and ceilings and right now, we just need the electrical service. Give me a call/text, my name is Oby Jackson.
