Here's the situation: My 26 year old son is homeless. He has a few mental issues that are controlled by medication. He is a nice, sweet boy, he just needs to live indoors. Size of the room? Doesn't matter. Would be great if it had a bed. Even a twin. He can't afford much, he is being helped with rent by me and a friend in Florida. Rent is guaranteed. Cannot afford big deposits.
