Locally owned real estate company that purchases rental properties throughout Western New York currently looking to add to its maintenance department. Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing properties located throughout Western New York. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance to include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting. Experience in manufactured housing is a plus. Required Qualifications: Must have experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting. Must have a valid drivers license, vehicle to get to and from job site and a cell phone. Need to be able to work independently or with a team of co-workers. Must be able to pass a drug test. On call. 3+years maintenance experience preferred but not required.
