Egan Family Trust is looking for a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Manager in Lancaster City, PA This job requires general maintenance knowledge and ability. Typically, this job only requires 20 hours a week, but the schedule is flexible. The Facility Maintenance Manager may be expected to report to work during off-hours on occasion, due to urgent or emergency situations. Job Responsibilities • Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed throughout facility • Building Upkeep: Assist as need be with a number of facilities related tasks including changing light bulbs, furniture rearrangement, changing air filters, painting, drywall repair, trash removal • Cleaning common areas and two private offices • Perform exterior maintenance for 4 buildings: snow removal, minor landscaping, etc. • Ensure that all maintenance tools are in good working condition and stored neatly and securely. • Supervises third-party contractors while on site Qualifications • Must have an overall "handyman" skill set • Must have good trouble shooting ability and problem-solving skills • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills • Must be punctual, reliable, works well under pressure and detail oriented. • Valid driver’s license • Clean background and pass pre-employment drug screening Email resume to [email protected]
