HIRING SNOW CREW We are looking for EXPERIENCED snow plow contractors with own vehicle, operators to drive our vehicles and shovelers for this snow season. Plow operators driving our company vehicles must have a clean driving record. Shovelers Pay is $15 to $20 per hour (Must have own transportation to travel to job sites) Plow Operator $45 to $60 per hour (driving our company vehicle) Contractors with own equipment pay based per site.
