Currently hiring for Full-Time Days (7 AM-3:30 PM) and Full-Time Evenings (3:00 PM-11:30 PM) The Housekeeper in this role supports the Frederick Living Mission of caring for and enriching the lives of older adults with the following responsibilities: Perform cleaning procedures in accordance with Frederick Living policy Observe waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with Frederick Living policy Assist in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment Identify and report any equipment malfunction to the supervisor Report any observed area in poor repair to the supervisor Dispense soap, paper, and housekeeping supplies, as necessary Follow all infection control procedures in accordance with Frederick Living policy Attend in-service programs; complete assigned online courses Follow and maintain the Q.A. program as defined by the supervisor Record daily resident interactions when performing duties in Cedarwood Abide by the organization's code of conduct in the performance of their duties Perform other related duties as required Successful candidates for this position will have: High School Diploma or GED Experience in institutional housekeeping and/or laundry is preferred Frederick Living, a valuable resource to the community for 125 years, serves our residents using Montessori Principles of person-centered care.
