Collision Repair and Auto Painting in Dallas, TX is seeking an individual who is self-motivated with a passion for success to join our growing team as Sales Manager.
Sales Manager Duties /Responsibilities:
▸Analyzes collision and/or paint damaged vehicles to create a repair plan and cost.
▸Help oversee the day to day operations of the front office and the shop.
▸Generate and capture sales leads.
▸Review repair orders with technicians as necessary.
▸Order and process parts per the repair guidelines.
▸Update customers on the repair status of their vehicle with frequent and accurate information.
Sales Manager Qualifications:
▸Customer service focused.
▸Outstanding communication skills.
▸Self-driven with a desire to earn money based on performance.
▸Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
▸Ability to properly and independently complete tasks.
▸Experience with CCCOne and like estimating programs preferable.
▸I-Car Certification is a plus.
▸High School diploma or equivalent required
