FENCE INSTALLER / LABORER Job Description We are a commercial and residential fencing company looking for full-time installers and/or laborers to join our team. Fencing experience preferred but not required. If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train you! We Install and repair all types of fencing and gates including chain link, barbed wire, ornamental iron, welded pipe rail, aluminum, pre-fab, manufactured, and custom work. Other duties may include basic work truck maintenance, weekly inventory, assist other installation or fabrication teams as needed. Update job status / materials status to Production Manager and General Manager daily. Required Skills: High school diploma, or equivalent Punctuality and positive attitude Clean driving record with current, valid NM driver’s license, and able to meet company insurance requirements Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening Mechanically inclined with a demonstrated ability to understand and operate common power tools in a safe manner to include Drill/Impact Drill, Hammer Drill, Portable Band Saw, Angle grinder, etc Safety minded, Common sense, and ability to troubleshoot problems Ability to work with minimal supervision Must have basic math skills and be able to follow both verbal and written directions Ability to travel out of town overnight a definite plus since we work all over the state and some crews will be out of town a week at a time. All travel expenses are paid by the company. Starting pay negotiable DOE plus we do a lot of scale work. All new hires will start on a 60 day probation period.
