hey there. found this little kitten a couple days ago out in the cold and brought them in. no collar, looks like a kitten. no clue if boy or girl. cannot keep (landlord will not allow pets). definitely seems scared and shaken up, but is friendly and doesnt bite or hiss. we are in south philly, at about 6th and snyder. please email me if this kitten is yours or if you would like to adopt. thanks and god bless!
