Looking for a demolition construction estimator part-time position that will lead to full time: Job duties and responsibilities: -The Construction Estimator is responsible for reviewing proposal specifications, drawings and attending pre-bid meetings or visiting residential homes to determine the scope of work to be able to produce qualified bid submittals in a timely manner -Create detailed and accurate cost estimates including scope definition, exceptions/exclusions, quantity, size, configuration, options, etc -Assure that the estimates, including general conditions, are accurate, complete, and reflect the actual requirements of the project -Able to utilize active listening skills to ascertain areas of need, define problems, and determine possible solutions to meet expressed needs -Must have access to a smartphone and have a reliable car and be willing to drive to residential and commercial addresses in Miami-Dade County and Broward County Pay: -$18-$23 per hour depending on experience and construction knowledge with quarterly pay evaluations for raises Qualifications: -Knowledge of construction and design/plans of 2+ years is preferred -Smartphone and access to a car to drive to appointments -Willingness to perform demolition is a plus but not required -Immediate need to fill this position so immediate availability -Part-time to start with full time within 30 days Contact: 954-762-7427
