I see so many "guitarist / drummer / bassist wanted" ads on here with next to no info. If I'm on here interested in joining a band, I want to know the kind of music you play right away. And in the end, it'll save you a whole lot of emails from people who-- once you talk to them-- are clearly not a good fit. Just put five or ten of the songs you currently play, or would like to play. Ditto for players looking to join bands. Post your repertoire. It will be helpful for everyone involved, and save you all a lot of time. Sincerely, someone who has found multiple bands to play with in various cities I've lived by doing this.
