Local Builder looking for an experienced foundation and flat work contractor. We pay for concrete, rebar and Form Boards but need great contractor. Contractor must be technically proficient with interpreting building plans.
First house beginning within 2 months on 1800 sqft single story home in Ft Worth with follow on 2-story duplex in Arlington then 3 additional houses Ft Worth.
Must have current government ID, Truck for materials, tools and clean up supplies. The applicant hired must keep a clean work site and be present to accept or pick up materials. Proof/examples of prior work and references will be required with quote. Only those that meet requirements need apply! Plans will be provided for quote upon request via email.
