Local Builder needs experienced framer for new construction projects. The framer needs to be technically proficient with interpreting building plans, framing materials (knee walls) and tools. In addition, must have a reliable crew and demonstrate works in this field regularly.
First house beginning within 2 months on 1800 sqft single story home in Ft Worth with follow on 2-story duplex in Arlington then 3 additional houses Ft Worth.
Must have current government ID, Truck for materials, tools and clean up supplies. The applicant hired must keep a clean work site and be present to accept or pick up materials. Proof/examples of workmanship and references will be required with quote. Only those that meet requirements apply! Plans will be provided for quote upon request via email.
