Real Estate Investor looking for an Independent Licensed Plumber to do entire plumbing for new construction home from rough-in for finish-out. Contractor must have prior experience doing plumbing to complete all phases of new construction including plumbing rough, tapping into city water system, all phases of inspection and finish out. Contractor must be able to obtain permits and be approved by city to tap into water/sewer system. Plumber must be technically proficient with interpreting building plans. First house beginning within 2 months on 1800 sqft single story home in Ft Worth with follow on 2-story duplex in Arlington then 3 additional houses Ft Worth. Must have current government ID, Truck for materials, tools and clean up supplies. The applicant hired must keep a clean work site and be present to accept or pick up materials. Proof/examples of prior work and references will be required with quote. Only those that meet requirements need apply! Plans will be provided for quote upon request via email.
