Real Estate Investor looking for an Independent Licensed electrician to do entire electrical work for new construction home from rough-in to finish-out. Contractor must have prior experience doing work to complete all phases of new construction including temp pole installation, rough, all phases of inspection and finish-out. Contractor must be able to obtain permits. Electrician must be technically proficient with interpreting building plans. First house beginning within 2 months on 1800 sqft single story home in Ft Worth with follow on 2-story duplex in Arlington then 3 additional houses Ft Worth. Must have current government ID, Truck for materials, tools and clean up supplies. The applicant hired must keep a clean work site and be present to accept or pick up materials. Proof/examples of prior work and references will be required with quote. Only those that meet requirements need apply! Plans will be provided for quote upon request via email.
