HD Renovations LLC is looking for Make Ready Technician with some carpentry work experience. Needs to have the ability to complete a make ready upgrade. No EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, however needs to be a quick learner. We are looking for someone to start ASAP If interested, reply to the ad with name, contact information, resume or experience Hours: 9am to 5pm or 6pm (Some days are short and will still get paid for full day of work, only if work is completed) Tools: Tools preferred but not required, company can provide basic tools to complete a make ready unit. Experience: Experience preferred but not required. You do need to be a quick learner to catch on quickly, be able to pay attention to details. We encourage high school graduates to apply or college students, we are willing to train the right candidate Pay: Depends on experience pay ranges from 15hr to 19hr. Overtime is paid time and half. You will get paid by check or direct deposit. Location: You will need your own transportation. We work in three different locations, White settlement, Saginaw, and Hurst. Be ready to work in different locations a week Job consists of: • Changing o Wall plug covers o Kitchen, restroom light fixtures o Sink and kitchen faucets o Toilet seats o Fans o Door knobs o Door stoppers o Ac vents • Installing o New doors o New appliances---fridge, stove, dishwasher o Baseboard o Quarter inch • Carpentry cutting o baseboard o Quarter inch o Cabinet repair
