Maintenance Technician Bell Real Estate, is looking for a motivated individual to join our quickly growing team! Position is full time with some overtime and rotating on call duties. Position will be tasked with a variety of maintenance assignments for residential rental properties throughout the Eugene-Springfield area. This is a full-time position for someone that possesses proven skills in property maintenance. Candidate must possess: 1. Working experience in carpentry, painting, rekey locks, electrical, plumbing, etc. 2. Professional appearance 3. Physically able to lift up to 50lbs frequently 4. Ability to communicate efficiently 5. Ability to accurately account for time & materials 6. Strong attention to detail and organization 7. Ability and desire to produce quality workmanship 8. Adequate writing skills to describe precise detail of work performed 9. A very strong moral & ethical foundation - integrity 10. Must be able to pass a criminal background check 11. Possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, insurance, and reliable transportation 12. Paid hoildays 13. Vehicle provided Salary: $20 or more per hour depending on experience
