Monday thru Friday - Morning hours - Can start as early as 7:30 am but no later than 8:30 am Exterior areas; Laundry rooms with open breezeway but covered, 3 elevators; walkways that get blow off; hand rails wiped, window sills wiped, brush down any cobwebs along walkway, mopping of hallways but not all at once. (rotated) This is a great job for a person who is retired, and physically fit, as it is only 20 hours per week at $13.00 per hour Paid weekly, Payroll taxes deducted. Business est. 1982
