Servpro is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. This includes organizing and overseeing construction procedures and ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction procedures and able to coordinate a team of in house construction employees and outside vendors/subcontractors to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills and be proficient in Xactimate (estimating software exclusive to the Restoration/Insurance industry) Servpro offers full benefits including sick, vacation and holiday pay in addition to health insurance and 401(k). Project Managers also get a company vehicle. Base pay of $65,000 plus commissions and bonuses. Servpro is willing to pay to relocate a candidate to Orange County, CA.
